Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please note we respectfully require your table back by the time indicated on the reservation form. The reservation form above allows you to book directly into our restaurant for tables up to 6 people. If you require a larger booking contact us directly on 01314664726 between the hours of 10am-12pm, 2:30pm-6pm and 9:30pm-10:30pm Monday -Sunday.
By making a reservation at Mono you agree to confirm your booking by telephone or email 24 hours or more prior to arriving. Our reservations team reserves the right to cancel your booking if they are unable to contact you on the day of the reservation. You will be sent an email requesting confirmation of your reservation, and should follow the link provided in the email. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to amend, or cancel a reservation.
You can amend your booking by contacting us on 01314664726 or by email at info@monorestaurant.co.uk. Small amendments can be made after the booking is confirmed, however additional space is not guaranteed. Mono is an independent restaurant and our business relies heavily on reservations being honoured and/or sufficient notice being given of any changes to the booking.
For all reservations, regardless of their size, we will require credit/debit card details to secure your booking.
Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.
Please contact us should you be delayed, as late arrivals can disrupt service. Should you not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, the table may be released without further notice and no show fee charged. Mono reserves the right to charge any guest cancelling within 24 hours, or any guest who fails to show for their reservation, £15 per person in respect of a lunch reservation and £30 per person in respect of a dinner reservation. Charges will be taken from the credit card provided at the time of booking without further notice.
The service charge/tips at Mono is always at the discretion of our guests. However, for group bookings of 6 or more please note that a charge of 12.5% is added to the final bill.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children who are under five years of age.
Mono reserves the right to adjust or change our menus and pricing without notice. Mono will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Mono reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements  Policy

You should always advise us of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies, when making your reservation. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
The information provided on our website and in our restaurant should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best faith effort to provide you with information on our dishes. You should use this information to help you assess your own level of risk, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our dishes.
The allergen information we provide is specifically related to the dishes we make at Mono and in response to enquiries into special dietary requirements and our ingredients.
We can’t wait to see you! But please remember, even if it’s your first time or you’re a regular guest please ALWAYS inform us of any allergies or intolerances so we can take additional controls when serving your food and drink.
Adjustments or changes requested to any of our menus will be considered, if possible or appropriate but cannot be guaranteed.
If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant to discuss your requirements with a member of our team as soon as possible.
