Wine List

Here at Mono we believe that flavours and produce outweigh the formalities of traditional restaurant service, we aim to ensure all guests have a relaxing and memorable dining experience. Following our vision for the restaurant we have created a wine list championing multi-awarded, artisanal, independent growers, organic, biodynamic, sustainable and natural producers and lesser known grape varieties. We have picked wines which for us truly represent Italy with a real sense of authenticity and place.  Wines that have been loved by our team over the years and others that have been new discoveries, each representing the power and finesse that influences our team.

We have also selected very unique non-Italian wines, many of them very exclusive and rare editions to expand our menu. These are all truly memorable wines that you can enjoy when dining at Mono. We hope you adore them just as much we do.

Our kitchen team and our sommelier have worked hard together to select certain wines to accompany specific dishes on our seasonal menus.
